Human Resources Management (HRM) undergraduate program began education as a blended learning program (distance learning) within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2008. It is the first "undergraduate" program established in its field among state universities. Since the 2009-2010 academic year, students have also been enrolled in daytime and evening education programs.
Since 2010, the department has been under the Sakarya Business School. Our department, which has daytime and evening education programs, has 2212 graduates as of June 2023.
