According to the "Employer Interest Index" study of Kariyer.net that is one of the leading human resources website of Turkey, Sakarya University HRM department is the department that is shown the most interest by the employers among the HRM departments in Turkey. Both our department's experience in HRM training and the location of Sakarya University that is close to provinces (such as Istanbul, Kocaeli, etc.) where more employment opportunities exist increases this interest.
It is seen that, as of 2020, approximately 50% of our students have internships in Sakarya, 20% in Istanbul and 14% in Kocaeli. Approximately 30% of the students have received a job offer from the organisations where they have done their internships.
The participation of experts in the field of HRM to share their experiences and club activities organized by our students also contribute to our education program.
