7+1 Education Model

Students receive on-the-job training by doing a 14-week compulsory internship within the scope of the workplace practices course according to the 8th semester course plan.
 

The purpose of the course is to prepare students for business life and help them gain experience. It is therefore intended for the student to get to know the field of human resources management and, if he or she is going to build a career plan in this area, to acknowledge career opportunities and requirements and take steps to meet these requirements.

Workplace Practice (10 ECTS) will be graded as sufficient (YT) or insufficient (YTZ). The course must be taken together with Workplace Training (5 ECTS) course.
